The lake and surrounding forest are home to a wide variety of wildlife, experience for yourself the secret they have found. Truly unwind in this 2 bed 1 bath right on the water's edge. The Lincoln Log cabin is rustic, but made to be comfortable. You'll be surprised at the remoteness and beauty and yet, near Asheboro, Seagrove, Uwharrie National Forest, NC Zoo, Pisgah Covered Br.

We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping.The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the entire cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, swing bed, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets but there is a 15$ pet fee per pet which is billed separately. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove!

The beds (one king and one queen), are brand new and super comfy. The views include a historic barn, ivy covered stables, green pastures, and woods. There is a lightly wooded trail to a serene private pond. The Scout House is a charming and wonderful place to stay for any and all occasions!
