Chez Lussaud is a beautiful 300 year old private hamlet located in the southern tip of the Charente. Set in 8 acres of gardens, woods & open spaces, it is the perfect place to kick off your shoes, relax & take in the views. Le Four a Pain is one of two boutique gites with private garden, your own wood-fired hot tub & shared pool. Holidays are very precious, our aim is for you to go home completely relaxed & rested, having enjoyed the peace, tranquility & hospitality Chez Lussaud has to offer.

Charming and bright new flat

Particuliers, Mireille et Philippe louent ce studio 25 m2 totalement indépendant, avec entrée privative. Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Besoin de souffler et de vous relaxer ? Alors un séjour Chez Piron vous fera sans doute du bien. Situé au milieu des vignes dans le sud de la Charente Maritime, le gîte a été rénové tout en pensant à votre confort. Nous avons préserver son caractère ancien en conservant les vieilles charpentes en bois ainsi que les murs en moellons. Vous trouverez 3 chambres pour 6 personnes et une piscine chauffée. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, parmi les plus beaux villages de France sont à découvrir.

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

The property offers two generous bedrooms, a family bathroom with both bath and shower, and a large open-plan living area designed for comfort and relaxation. Guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining options.

The Cottage at Bois Blanc

A beautiful stone cottage set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. A 200 year old exterior, with very modern 'Boutique Hotel' style interior with every comfort. Decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
