Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Situé au milieu des vignes dans le sud de la Charente Maritime, le gîte a été rénové tout en pensant à votre confort. Nous avons préserver son caractère ancien en conservant les vieilles charpentes en bois ainsi que les murs en moellons. Vous trouverez 3 chambres pour 6 personnes et une piscine chauffée. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, parmi les plus beaux villages de France sont à découvrir.

Gite- Vin Rouge 3* - pool, countryside views + A/C

The Gite is a large, converted walnut drying barn and dates back at least 150 years. An impressive space for social living, ideal for families; enclosed garden with its pool (shared) offers a safe space for children to play. There are two other gites on site but all have private terraces offering views across the valley with fields of sunflowers and vines. The owners live on site, in a separate residence, and are always on hand to help. Licensed - able to offer wine tastings 3* classified 2021

This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.
