Enjoy being surrounded by the countryside but close to everything at this remodeled 1950's farmhouse. We are 2.4 miles to Doe Mountain Recreation Area, ride your ATV from here to there, 15 miles to Watauga Lake, 18.7 miles to Virginia Creeper Trail, 28 miles to Boone, NC. Float the SoHo or Watauga without dealing with Boone. ATV/RV/Boat parking. Enough room for the whole family. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms, large living room, bonus room (with pull out futon) and giant yard.

Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Sit on the front porch overlooking the mountains and town and see the first sunrise in TN while you enjoy your coffee. Sybarite - Beautiful Watauga Lakefront

Our Watauga Lake front home is a perfect vacation getaway, located at the end of a point, the large deep water dock is ideal for year round boating and water sports. Conveniently located, we are within the quaint town of Butler and close to restaurants, small country stores and Cove Ridge Marina. Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.

Welcome to Sugarworth Mountain! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths. The entire house features Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Throughout. The living room features plenty of seating, great views, a ceiling fan, TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room features the dining room table and chairs, with seating for six, plus a highchair. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances! Two Bedrooms with King Beds, One Bedroom with Two Full Size Beds.
