This 3000 sq ft home is fully furnished. one floor, with a 1500 sq ft game and banquet room. The area is quiet and a small town . The large flat yard offers a serene place to relax and play. Surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains and the Cherokee National Forest, privacy is certain! The home is less than 30 minutes from 4 major cities and several tourist attractions. I live in a small apartment seperate from the original entire home. I enjoy my privacy, so you won't see me unless needed.

Although Watauga Lake is our main attraction, we are near a number of waterfalls, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and the shopping areas surrounding the Tri-Cities and Boone, NC.
