Ready for lake days and sunshine? Think of this 5 BR waterfront home perched on the hill overlooking the Lake of Egypt as your relaxing and fun retreat. Sleeps 14. Master bedroom has it's own bath, soaking tub and shower. 3 additional full baths. Bunk room with 4 beds in the basement. Several comfy seating areas both upstairs and downstairs. The basement is perfectly set up for gathering around the bar, poker table, watching TV or reading and game area. Boat Dock with slide and swim platform.

It is 600 sq ft, 2BR, 1BA, loft area, furnished with W/D, big flat screen TV, coffee bar, Blackstone, memory foam mattresses. There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Located 6.5 miles off I-24.

It is an 2 minute walk or bike ride from our apartment from to City Park crossing the Lewis Clark Trail Located centrally between Garden of the Gods and Bald Knob Cross Wineries & Parks in between truly Gods country Also like to note there is an adjoining Apartment both units can be rented together for larger groups depending on availablity

The Potel Tiny Home 14x40

Tiny home nestled on the edge of the Shawnee National Forest. A cozy one bedroom with full closet and stacked washer and dryer the bed is a full size. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. It does not have a dishwasher. Living room has a smart TV sign in to your Netflix, Sling, YouTube TV etc. Wi-fi provided. No cable. Full bathroom with shower unit. Some of our guest has said sitting on the porch watching the beautiful sunsets each night was an added bonus for staying with us.

You can relax by the lake and watch the wildlife or just enjoy the views from the built-in sunroom. This lake cabin is also located near the wine trails and is the perfect getaway to enjoy the lake amenities, hunting, fishing, zip lining, rock climbing, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature at its finest. An open concept kitchen, dining and living area will seat up to 10 comfortably. Wooden Bridges can be enjoyed indoors, as well as outdoors, with nearly 600 sq ft of decks and walkways. Capstone feature is a covered pergola on stone pavers and houses a gas grill (LP provided) and an open fire-pit perfect for making smores.

Amazing sunsets, boat dock, kayaks, deep water!

Newly remodeled with all the modern amenities, you will feel the true lake life as you gaze out at the beautiful lake through many of the floor to ceiling windows in every room. Enjoy dinner on the large deck and watch all the fun on the water. The boat dock will have an empty slip for you to slide your boat right in. Right off the dock is a great place for swimming or just sunbath on the huge Lilly pad.
