Perfect for resting after a long drive (3.5 miles from I-80), visiting family on campus (2.4 miles), traveling professionals at hospitals (2.6 miles), or sports fans wanting a quiet retreat after leaving Kinnick stadium (3 miles) or Coralville Xtream Arena (6 miles). Less than a mile away from shops and restaurants.

15 min.-Iowa City, 5 min- Riverside Casino, & 35 min-Eastern Iowa Airport, Cedar Rapids, IA. Comfy beds, living room sectional pulls out to queen hide a bed, 32 acres of rolling hills, horseback riding (sm. fee)*, winter fun, & fishing pond. First 2 guests pay base price, then 3rd thru 10th guests pay an extra 30.00 EACH. NO PARTIES on our farm. We live on property in a separate home. Indigo Pod

Settle in and relax in this calm, stylish space. Tucked in next to the flower garden where our indigo grows, this tiny one room cabin offers a queen bed, breakfast table, kitchenette and bathroom. While here, guests can hike the trail to the wetland, enjoy birdwatching, cut flowers or book a class in the folk school. For more information look up Land Alliance Folk School & Retreat Center. Two additional cabins, as well as rooms in the farmhouse are available to book for group stays.

Peaceful pastures in Amish paradise! Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in quaint Kalona. Come and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood for a get away, or entertain a family reunion, with a pasture view. A short walk to visit Amish businesses and downtown Kalona, which includes many local shops, such as: Tuscan Moon, Kalona Brewery, Kalona Chocolates, Kalona Coffee House, Golden Delight Bakery and more. Only a 30 minute drive from University of Iowa, in Iowa City for sporting events.

The Milk House at Lucky Star Farm

The Milk House is a unique space located in the countryside, between Iowa City and Kalona. This 700 square foot home has ample parking and room for four adults. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, two luxurious queen beds, wifi and a Smart TV. Guests are invited to explore our 20-acre working farm with lots of livestock and two friendly dogs. It's a perfect blend of rural living with the perks of beautiful Iowa City 15 minutes away. Come unwind at Lucky Star Farm!

Guests have their own private lower level with private entrance and check in. 1100 square feet of space. The bedroom features a king size bed. Two living areas include: queen bed, large flatscreen tv and fireplace. The newly remodeled full kitchenette features a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, coffee bar and sink.

Nestled on a peaceful wooded lot in Manville Heights, this stylish in-law suite offers a private, comfortable stay just minutes from UIHC, Kinnick Stadium, and the University of Iowa. The suite features a king bedroom, modern bathroom, and a cozy living space with a queen pull-out sofa. A compact kitchenette includes essentials for light meals. Ideal for hospital visits, campus events, or weekend getaways, it’s a quiet retreat near City Park in the heart of Iowa City.

Our Pretty Suite is an adorable getaway located in the quaint town of Swisher (near airport). A historical building remodeled as a pretty little honeymoon or bridal suite, the space is suitable for bridal parties, honeymooning, or girls' getaways. The suite sleeps 7-8 guests, includes a full kitchen and a romantic jacuzzi jet tub. You’ll love walking to the local coffee shop for a homemade pastry or staying in our dreamy retreat sipping an espresso.

We love our country retreat, and want to share it with you! Perfect for both small or large groups with plenty of space, indoors & out! Enjoy the beautiful countryside along with farm fresh eggs from our own hens. We are located close to the historic Amana Colonies, historic Kalona Village, Coralvile/Iowa City. We're a 25 minute drive to Kinnick Stadium & the University of Iowa/UIHC.
