Enjoy your stay in our 900 sq. ft. spacious newly renovated loft that over looks Maple Street and downtown Johnson City. You will have access to the entire upstairs apartment and your own private entrance. Featuring a queen size bed, queen size sofa sleeper and twin size chair sleeper. Easy walking distance to Founders Park, Tweesie Trail, Restaurants, and much more. Several attractions close by such as Bristol Casino, Bays Mt, Tennessee Hills Brewstillery, Tannery Knobs Mt Bike Park, etc.

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
