A cozy cottage 2 min walk from the sea.

Our place has all you need for an unforgettable stay in Neeme. It’s perfectly located with a sandy beach, small harbour and a restaurant all just a 2-minute walk. In addition to the fully furnished house with electric sauna, there's an additional building with an outdoor kitchen, a gas-fired barbecue, table for 8 and a cozy hammock. Kids playground and a trampoline are also at your service. My place is not suitable for groups of friends (wanting to throw a party) due to the quiet neighborhood.

Lisaks asub kinnistul ka tenniseväljak ja tiigid ning Jägala jõgi oma paadisillaga. Kompleks paikneb kokku 3,47ha suurusel kinnistul . Ainulaadses ja rahulikus kohas saad rahulikult puhata. Merevaatega rannamaja on mõeldud romantiliseks puhkuseks, kus on rohkelt ruumi (50m2). Rannamaja suurtest akendest saab imetleda merevaadet otse voodist. Liivaranna, kümblustünni ja torusaunani on vaid 40m, kust avaneb samuti imeline vaade merele ja tähistaevale. Pimedas pakub aias silmailu puudevalgustus. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.

Kaberneeme küla asub vaid 35-minutilise autosõidu kaugusel Tallinna kesklinnast. Külas on oma pood ja restoran, kohvikud. Majast 3 min. jalutuskäigu kaugusel on bussipeatus. Meri kõigest 100 m kaugusel. Kõrge männimetsa all on palju mõnusaid matkaradu, 10 km kaugusel asub Jägala juga.
