A cozy place just a hop skip and jump from the beach, Perfect for a couple or single who want to stay near the water. It is a small unit that is perfect to return to after a day at the beach, with an outdoor shower to rinse off your boards if needed Hill tops golf course hole 5 is just over the back fence There are plenty of lovely walks nearby and Mollymook golf club is just 300mtrs flat path walk for those who may be attending receptions there. Ideal for anyone wanting a golf or beach getaway

John & Michelle's Holiday House.

The front of the unit looks out to the boat ramp reserve with large trees and some filtered views of St Georges Basin. The boat ramp, jetty and fish cleaning table are just across the road, this area also includes public toilets and childrens playground. Just down the road you will find a cafe/ shop and further from there is Palm Beach which is great for the kids, fishing, kayaking etc. It is a great place to relax and unwind and only 10 minute drive to Hyams Beach. Quiet Cul de sac. Close to shops, cafes and beaches. The renowned Hyams beach, whitest sand in the world is just a 10min. drive away. Executive feel, Luxury & clean. Very private and comfortable self contained apartment. Apartment and outdoor areas are not shared, they are for the guests private use.

The renowned Hyams beach, whitest sand in the world is just a 10min. drive away. Other beaches are much closer, Blenheim is a 5 min walk. Dolphin and whale watching tours, diving, swimming, walking, bike riding, fishing or relaxing. You choose. The studio is comfortable, private and self contained.
