Quiet newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the German Colony with garden patio, boutique hotel style and completely renovated modern studio with charm. Our pampering garden apartment unit is in the upscale German Colony neighborhood. In the summer of 2020 we undertook modernization, so it is all brand new. Its a short walk away from Emek Refaim Street, an avenue lined with trendy shops, restaurants, and cafes, minutes walk to the Jerusalem Theatre and the newly renovated railroad station.
