Ding and Chan provide a wonderful home away from home where my family were able to rest and enjoy Batu Ferringhi and the local food in the area. Nasi Kandar Khaleel is a short walk away and is really very good as is the local food court. All in all a great home away from home.

One of the best place we stayed so far... super super clean house. Loved their garden especially to sip in our morning coffee. the games kept the children active. They even played hide and seek too. Definitely walking distance to many reflexologist nearby.

Perfect place for business traveller. The room is clean and easy to find the place. Everything organised and given clear instruction. Will come back here again.

A good stay at Emily's place! The room is in great condition and I feel the soundproof issue is not a big deal. Housing area is quiet and calm - a good staycation from the crowded city especially during holidays.

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The host gave me clear check-in instruction and the place was very clean with complete amenities available when we arrived. I find the water filter is very helpful, since we usually need to buy plenty of mineral waters at the groceries during travel. But it’s very convenient that the host provides ready-to-drink water. Location wise is great - close to the city center, so it’s easy to navigate around Georgetown. We also managed to find great Penang delicacies - Char Kwey Teow - nearby this place which gives this location a plus point ;)

Great place to stay, nice location close to a busy street with lots of restaurants in Georgetown! The host was kind and proactive making sure I had everything I needed and was happy with everything during my stay. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy! Would recommend :)

It was indeed a great place to stay and well describe. The place is well maintain, located at a very strategic location, not to say that you'll also get a nice view from your room. Very recommended to those who have plan to visit Penang with families or friends. Thanks to Kenny and the team, keep up the great hospitality.

Xandra is good and responsive host, The apartment located at strategic location, nearby restaurants, food stall and hospitals. The room is clean, neat and the most important is complete with all our daily need, just feels like home,

Tuan rumah responsif, petunjuk check in dll jelas. dekat tempat makan muslim, fasilitas kolam renang bagus, view kolam renang bagus. ada mesin cuci (terbantu untuk mengeringkan baju renang), setrikaan, handuk yang menyerap air, tissue berlebih. best. rcomended, naik grab ke guerney plaza RM 5 saja. kami nginap ber 4, super legaaa.
