Magnolia House, Downtown Jefferson, walk to square

The Magnolia House/Historic District/Jefferson, GA is the perfect place for your relaxing getaway! Beautifully renovated, but built in 1902, it has all the conveniences to host your stay, including vintage serving ware, punch bowls, China sets etc. One queen Murphy bed is on main level with an adjacent full bathroom. Three large bedrooms are upstairs, each with 2 queen beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs with showers only (no bathtubs in the house). Some dogs are welcome @ $100 each.

This home features 2 bedrooms with a good size walk-in closet, 2 private full size bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, fireplace, spacious kitchen with new granite countertops and new cabinets, spacious 2 car garage, front and back patio with covered sitting areas, and private quiet yard. Charming rustic studio for nature lover

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Just with a few minute drive, you can find yourself tasting over 30+different kinds of wines at Chateau Elan Winery, playing golf on the vast courses Braselston has to offer, or even kicking back and watching racing events at Road Atlanta. It’s a perfect place to enjoy plenty of activities.

The Storey Garden & Grove Christmas Tree Farm

Every house has a story, and the journey of the Storey Place begins in 1928 as my great-grandfather’s farmstead and family home. After a full remodel, we wrote a new chapter for this house . We added all the modern conveniences, maximized living space with an open floor plan and furnished with all new stainless-steel appliances, while at the same time preserved the charm of the home and restored original pieces like the home’s clawfoot tub, original hard-wood floors and shiplap walls.

This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

Conveniently located in Downtown Jefferson, this historic Cotton Mill house is completely updated for comfort and style! This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything.
