Soak up the sun on the huge deck located on Lake Sutherland. We get more sunshine on our deck than about 99% of lake! The way the sun sets leaves most of the lake in the shade...except for our deck! We get sunshine into the evenings! This is a duplex and the other side is also an Airbnb, so if you have more people coming, checkout the other listing and rent them both. The cabin has one bathroom opposite the downstairs bedroom. Great outdoor living with two decks; front deck facing the waterfront. Use stairs to access the beach and boat house which houses two single kayaks, one double kayak, life jackets, and beach chairs for guest use. One exterior security camera, which monitors the driveway is present.

Watch the otters play and the boats sail past! 960 sq ft open plan apartment with great room, small well-equipped kitchen, propane fireplace, bedroom w/ comfy king bed & dressing area with sink, laundry room w/washer & dryer. There's a nook in the great room that houses a futon type full sized bed that can sleep two (smaller people or kids). The tall ceilings make it feel extra spacious and the windows let lots of light and views in.
