Robin's Nest

Located in Bluford, IL this lovely 3-bedroom home is perfect for any family. The location is accessible from interstate 64 or Hwy 15. We have two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each and one room with a full sized bed. Also one of the bedrooms has a crib. The enclosed front porch is perfect for drinking coffee, reading, or working at the provided desk. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi network. You can cast to the TV via an HDMI cord or play DVDs.

Waltonville House (Jefferson County)near Rend Lake

The area is great for hunting deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. Mt. Vernon & Rend Lake have a golf course. It is about 5 min from a Rend Lake boat ramp(Waltonville, Turnip Patch, Jackie Branch). Rend Lake S Sandusky Beach is about 20 miles. A discount is given for long term stays. It is about 13 miles south of Mt. Vernon, 7 miles from Nason, & 8 miles north of Sesser. It is located near restaurants & gas stations. I have a folder on the table with some local restaurants with menu & location.

With less than 5 miles to the nearest boat ramp, this home is great for those who want to fish on Rend Lake (our area is great for hunting, too). Hardwood floors, porcelain tile (including a heated bathroom floor), leather furniture and a gas fireplace make the inside clean and relaxing. A spacious paved patio with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill make the outside just as enjoyable! Single night stays during peak season can be requested on a case by case basis. Romantic Couples Cozy 2 Bedroom Getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a cozy fireplace, or challenge each other in the Game Room. Journaling is welcome, or you can just relax in a large soaking tub. Why not rekindle your love by reading the couples books or writing/reading love letters stored in bird cages . There are also a couple games to remind two people that love can still be fun. Enjoy a walk in the woods and don't be surprised to see deer out front. Fish the stocked lake off of our roughly 2,000 feet of shoreline. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Airbnb Super Host "Mr. Haney's Place". We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.

Early check in and late check out are available for $15 per hour, check with us for availability. ****If you're needing to water horses or cattle we have several spigots available as well as parking all at a pull through lighted location. 20 minutes from the Ten Mile Creek State Fish and Wildlife Area. 40 Minutes from the Rend Lake Wildlife Management Area. 40 minutes to the Stephen A. Forbes State Recreation Area.

A quiet country setting, dark enough to see the stars, but not far from town with everything you need! Come make yourself at home! Need a flexible check in or check out time, ask…we’ll accommodate that if it fits the calendar! We offer late checkout of 6PM on Sundays for an additional $40 if you make arrangements with us to do so.
