Small home is completely remodeled using traditional woodwork craftsmanship for a warm feel. Full appliances and amenities are supplied in the cottage. Evening and breakfast snacks included. Relax at this unusual and interesting old apartment with double split staircase ,Italian leather living room suit, art work and plenty of closet space. Enjoy a good read from my book case. Play on the play station upstairs, listen to music and watch a movie on the large screen tv. Request a professional Karaoke party . We can set it up private or I can DJ for you . Also have a fleet of electric and standard bikes for the Rails to Trails here in Export . Take the family out and have fun!

Welty Place is a relaxing getaway nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It is just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hours drive. Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.
