A shame we missed Rolf as we later found out: he left in the morning on the evening we arrived. Dini, his local manager, started communicating with me a week in advance and as we arrived late, she instructed security to help us move in. The staff was wonderful and were instrumental in making us feel absolutely comfortable, from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. We had a great and relaxing week and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a 5 star stay.

Rustic house away from any noise and people. The hosts were fantastic and always wanted to help ensure our stay was enjoyable. Even gave us fresh coconuts on arrival and helped us rent a scooter for a good price. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet.

Je voyage principalement en réservant des ABB et cette villa est de loin la meilleure que j’ai pu réserver ! Ce séjour était une parenthèse enchantée, un vrai rêve. Dès notre arrivée, la taille des espaces et la vue étaient encore plus impressionnantes que sur les photos, c’était juste époustouflant. La maison est impeccable, les jardins luxuriants. Le personnel est un vrai trésor, d’une gentillesse incroyable : une expérience de luxe ! Ils ont vraiment rendu notre séjour magique et inoubliable. L’hôte est réactif, attentionné et flexible. J’ai fêté mon anniversaire ici, et en me levant le jour J, j’ai eu la surprise d’une déco "joyeux anniversaire", un gâteau et des bougies : quelle gentil geste ! Le seul petit bémol (vraiment mineur) : un vendeur un peu insistant vient au mur du fond du jardin mais il suffit de complètement l’ignorer et il vous laissera tranquille. Encore un énorme merci à Nia et aux Putu, vous êtes en or ! <3 C’est la meilleure villa de mes séjours en Asie.

Villa ligt op een prachtige privé lokatie, direct aan zee. Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Vooral de toewijding en hulpvaardigheid van Jahadi is geweldig. Vooral de heerlijke maaltijden die zijn vrouw en hij klaarmaken op verzoek zijn geweldig. Als je even helemaal wilt ontspannen dan is dit een perfecte plek. Ook de warung aan de overkant van de straat ( nasi Risky ) is een bezoek meer dan waard. Kan deze accommodatie met enthousiasme aanraden.

Magical place in contact with nature. Ira has an amazing project, we need more people like her. All the food is organic and you can tell by the taste and how good it feels. Thank you, we had a wonderful experience!

Sehr luxuriöse Villa mit riesigem Pool und direktem Meerzugang. Das Gebäude ist erst wenige Jahre alt. Sehr schönes, modernes Design von innen. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen. Wir wurden jeden Tag frisch nach unseren Wünschen (vegetarisch oder mit Fleisch) bekocht. Das Personal war sehr dezent, aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es war für uns beide eine unvergessliche Woche; wir kommen gerne wieder. 10/10

Le logement est très bien situé, à mi chemin entre le centre ville et les plages. Koko, ainsi que sa famille, nous ont accueilli à merveille. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et bon. Nous avons accès à des canoës en permanence, ce qui nous a permis de vivre un coucher de soleil magnifique en amoureux.

As a family of 8 ( adults and teenagers ) we stayed at the villa for 5 days. It's such a peaceful, clean and beautiful place. I'm so glad we came during the off season. Even when it was raining once in a while we still had enough sunny hours to enjoy the amazing garden and pool. All the rooms are so beautiful that you feel very welcome right away. The stuff are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much. You made our stay a unforgettable time.

Seluruhnya memuaskan. Bersih terawat, AC di kamar baik, ada tempat barbeque yang lokasinya menjamin asap tidak masuk ruangan, ada shower untuk membersihkan diri dr pasir dan air laut sblm masuk kembali ke rumah. Namun akan lebih sempurn bila ruang atas dilengkapi AC dan extra bed lebih tebal atau menggunakan tempat tidur. Karena saat mengjnap, yang di atas terasa panas dan sulit untuk tidur.

In the end of our vacation in Bali we decided to visit the north of this beautiful country. We found this huge villa and were really happy to stay there. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. The staff, Dea and Ariani were very supportive and did their best to make our staying comfortable and wonderful. We asked them not to attend the villa too much, because we like privacy and being alone. And it was okay for all of us and for them too, girls and the gardener came to clean and wash villa each morning while we were sleeping. And when we awoke we saw clean and fresh territory everyday. Thank you very much, I think we will return here in a year🙏🏻

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Herzlich empfangen von den guten Seelen des Hauses wurden wir auch in den nächsten Tagen mit Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und tollem Essen verwöhnt. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt, der riesige Pool glasklar und sauber - wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Auch der Strand war ungewöhnlich sauber, so dass wir im Meer baden konnten. Vielen Dank an Komang, Fitri, Gede, Manas und das ganze Team für die schöne Zeit!

Espectacular alojamiento. Alado del mar y con unas vistas increíbles. Perfecto para hacer actividades en la zona. Genial servicio y atención de todo el equipo.

Cinq années plus tard nous sommes revenus et nous avons passé un superbe séjour. La villa est fantastique. Le jardin magnifique et excellement entretenu. Le personnel est tellement gentil et serviable ! Une dédicace toute particulière à Putu et Komang. Putu s'est toujours préoccupé de nous et nous a proposé les services de pickup. Quant à Komang, elle nous a préparé des repas délicieux. Je recommande vivement cette villa

Super séjour avec une équipe sur place au top et très attentionnée (besoin, gestion de nos repas contre pourboire, conseils, etc.). Mes enfants étaient si bien qu’ils ont regretté leur départ. À conseiller sans soucis.

Hospitality nya sangat baik, fasilitas sangat menunjang, dan tempatnya sangat cozy

I stayed at Anik's bungalow for 7 nights. It was a great stay. Anik is very kind and helpful. She gave me instructions on how to get to Batukaras from the train station at Banjar and also organised a bike to take me back to Cijulang. Any question I had she responded quickly and was always friendly. The little bungalow is basic but very comfortable and the outdoor shower is great. Highly recommend

Ali’s place is nothing short of beautiful. Lovely and spacious home with an absolutely stunning backyard, where we got to spend some time playing badminton, relaxing on the lounge chair, patio, and the hammock. Away from crowds, nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood surrounded by rice fields and greeneries. Five minute walk away from Ali’s place was the hidden gem House of Sawah where we spent a bit of time to hang out enjoying some good food and drinks. Ali’s home was truly home away from home after a full day of fun activities in Batu Karas & Pangandaran; it was easily one of the best family vacations we had. Thank you so much Ali for the hospitality. Will definitely return the next time we visit Batu Karas!

Rondy was very polite and he introduced himself on the first day we arrived. He would always greet us whenever we would come by and also the staff would do the same. The place itself was a paradise and couldn't have been more perfect! It was situated along the beach line where you could stroll whenever and also watch the sunset. There was a lovely pool heated by the sun! The pool was in a perfect place. We stayed throughout xmas and new year and the staff of Puri Dajuma did everything to make the day feel special. It was also my Dad's 50th bday and the staff arranged flowers on the bed as well as a cake that was delivered by Rondy and 2 other employees. We would like to say thankyou to Rondy and his team to make us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Our family (four people) spent two weeks in Villa. House is even better than photos reflecting. Everything was clean and good quality—many additional facilities eg. PS5, Boose sound speaker, poker chips and cards. The view from the Villa is amazing, pool big and clean. Sunbads and furniture are very comfortable. However, the service was the most important thing that made our stay incredibly successful. Desi (our home maid) is a good spirit of this place. She is so kind and helpful. Our gardener and security man was kind and useful as well. The house is located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields and small farms. The view is incredibly serenity. One major problem - the beach is dirty with (for two weeks no one cleaned it) and water is not clear/cristal because of many streams and ditches nearby with water flowing from fields (including garbage, unfortunately ). Two dead dogs, a goose and animal bones washed up at sea during our stay. Thanks to our gardener it was quickly buried.

nice villa, especially for those looking for beachfront villa. There is a barbeque stand, a lot of chairs to sit together. Well-functioned air conditioner and shower.
