What a serene location and well appointed cabin! My little family enjoyed every bit of the property and cabin. My 2 year old tromped the yard, played in the fort, dug in the sand, constructed with the toy trucks provided, and enjoyed the play kitchen in addition to exploring the loft upstairs. There were so many places and spaces to relax and take in God’s creation. We will definitely be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the barn! Very clean, great amenities, such a unique home. Comfortable beds and living room area too! They have a little table outside you can sit at and enjoy the quiet and bird song. We were pleasantly surprised that were cows moving about in the yards, it was great to watch them and hear the “moos”.

The home was perfect for 5 girls traveling for a wedding. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had plenty of space to enjoy our time at the property. Wilma quickly responded anytime I had a question and was very helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area.

we needed a place that gave me wife and son and my mom a place to rest after laying my dad to rest. We could not have asked for more. we come in and everything was set and even had snacks for us. there were toiletries and soaps and shampoo for us to use. overall the place was spacious and VERY welcoming. she responded when I had questions ( same hour) and not over bearing in rules or requests. if you need a space in meridian Mississippi I HIGHLY recommend. My experience was nothing less than AMAZING! Mr. James, our host was so kind and very attentive to my needs and my guest! Seems like we’ve talked everyday, honestly! If I had a question or concern, he was very responsive! Mr. James thank you for such a lovely stay and the home has so much character! My family and I will definitely be booking this home for our next stay ! The home was of such large size, my family and I were able to not be crowded and move about so easily! The Walgreens, Walmart. Grocery store and anything else you might need were no more than 12mins from the home! I love the fact that the home had a washer and dryer. I was able to complete laundry before heading back home. Thanks EVOLVE!!!

The house was nice and clean. Nice kitchen area and sleeping quarters. Bedroom with the twin actually had 2 twins. The area was decent for where it was but the host made the experience too tier with all the communication even months and months in advanced. The screened in or h was our favorite place! Had our coffee and energy drinks and did our makeup out there every day.

We love this place! The kitchen has everything for meals & nice grill outside. The queen bed is amazingly comfortable & there’s no end to hot water. The covered back porch, fire pit, dock & creek side & lake bank provide plenty of ‘restful space’. Diane is attentive & concerned that guests have a nice time; NEVER intrusive or invasive; they know the area well & are a good source for restaurants & local history, if you want to ask questions & meet them. We now come once a year for minimum 3-4 days. We always take out a kayak & the pedal boat. We usually catch fish (this time not so much lol), always birdwatch, & the home ducks are fun to watch! Roosevelt State Park & Marathon Lake Recreation Areas are near for Day Use Picnicking, swimming, fishing & boating in season. We enjoy geocaching & there are a few within reasonable driving distance. An hour to Jackson for malls & major attractions, there’s a $ General w/in walking distance; and Forest 6-8 miles north has a Super Walmart
