Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

The yard features a tropical garden, pool, huge deck and jacuzzi overlooking the sea with stairs and a ladder to the water. It is secluded and off the beaten path with charming restaurants and beaches within a five to ten minute drive.

Countryside cottage on Curacao

Our countryside cottage resides on the Caribbean island of Curacao. The cottage is situated on a hill slope, which provides a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding hills. This is all located on the same premises as our own home. It has an air-conditioned bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom with warm water, living room, elevated porch, and a small pool.
