Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Guests will enjoy our kitchen with counter and stools as the transition to the living room, which has a slider out to the small deck with 2 chairs. Facing south, the sun warms and brightens the living room and kitchen area. We can't emphasize enough how terrific our guests find the location to be! They are always so pleasantly surprised!!!
