Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Newly upgraded studio guest suite in our 1600's Historic Home on Silver Spring Lake & Tower Hill Road (Rte 1S). The suite is attached to our home, but is 100% separate w/ private deck entrance (1 flight up), driveway + lake access. Enjoy the loving touches for guests including fire pit + a full service coffee area. Gooseneck Vineyards is across the road! Close to URI & Salve Regina… A short car ride to Jamestown, Narragansett + Newport, your lake/beach adventures await your arrival!

Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

Love the beach? We have private access to East Matunuck 100 steps away. If your preference is the pond, Potters Pond is right in the back yard with a new beautiful custom built dock, with paddle boarding, and kayaking equipment.

This year round beach home is a fantastic beach escape and able to sleep 6 people. There is plenty to do in the area for families, a girls getaway, or friends vacation! We are a short drive to all the amenities of Newport and the Block Island Ferry is 5 minutes away. University of Rhode Island is 5 miles away.

There is a pet fee that is based on length of stay, size, breed, and number of dogs. Please forward that information when reaching out. We do have allergies, so we do require guests to take that into consideration.
