Summer Breeze Terrace - Private Garden Suite

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from a private entrance with keyless entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge PER PET PER NIGHT payable upon check in, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above the suite.

Private, quiet and centrally located, new studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay including a high end, extremely comfortable queen sized mattress . Close to all transit and a stones throw to Whole Foods, Fitness World, browns social house, and shopping at Uptown Centre. This central location will afford you quick access to all the South Island has on offer. No smoking of any substance or excessive noise as we live in the home and will extend the same courtesy.
