Cozy Coastal Condos is a perfect getaway! I had an amazing stay at Cozy Coastal Condos. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The space was warm, inviting, and perfectly cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was peaceful yet close to the beach. The host was very attentive and made sure I had a wonderful stay. The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

If you are looking for a resort feel without the people this condo is perfect. The host and her husband did a great job communicating with us before the trip and around the time we checked out. The location feels very safe and it is quiet. There is a lot of food near by. It is in an area with a lot of locals so be polite.

This location far exceeded my expectations, as it was not only spotless but the surroundings were peaceful and tranquil. The host was friendly, responded to messages quickly and was considerate in every aspect of hospitality. If you are seeking peace of mind and home away from home, this is the ideal location to meet or exceed your needs.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need from extra towels to local coffee and snacks. It was clear the host put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. The location was perfect , quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions I wanted to check out. I especially loved the cozy patio overlooking the pool. The host was absolutely incredible: super responsive, kind, and full of helpful . This was hands-down one of the best stays I’ve had and I’ll definitely be coming back.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Denise's place is the best place to stay in Cedar Grove. It is walking distance to a small mall and public transportation. The apartment is perfect. Top notch security system in place so you can sleep well. 10/10 I would recommend.

Great stay and great location Air BnB is central to all the go too spots in Negril. Also communication between host and guest is very efficient and any issue will be resolve quickly.
