فيلا متكاملة من ثلاث غرف و أربع دورات مياه مع صالة مفتوحة و بار داخلي بمساحة 262 متر مربع و مطبخ خارجي مع حديقة و بلكونه مطله على بحر العرب و بالقرب من البحر بمسافة خمس دقائق مشيا على الأقدام و يبعد عنها شاطئ السلاحف بكيلو متر و نصف وعن منتجع الأصالة بنحو ثلاثة كيلومتر. وعن راس الجنز بنحو عشرة كيلوا متر.
