A unique off grid experience awaits you at our eco-friendly solar powered tiny home on 6 secluded acres. The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

The space includes 4 bedrooms and a bonus sun-room with 2 day beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a wood burning stove, sitting area and jetted tub in the bathroom. There is a second primary bedroom with a sitting area and private bathroom. There are two other guest rooms and full bathroom. The kitchen is large with luxury appliances, double oven, and double fridge. The dining room table seats 8. The home includes a private courtyard and hot tub. There is a shared Pool and fire pit area!

Full house wood flooring. Cute decor. Ping pong table and red light therapy sauna located in the garage. We tend to host a lot of Travel nurses, and surrogate families.

It's the perfect spot for an artist's or naturalist's retreat, a sleepy getaway with a beloved, or a jump-off point for exploring the Applegate Valley's many amazing hiking trails, rivers, and wineries.

This home is a cozy, quiet getaway: surrounded by a 38 acre old forest w/ endless mountains and trails at your doorstep. Features include glassed in sun room (sleep under the stars), fully equipped kitchen, large covered deck, seasonal wood-fired sauna, swimming pond and walking trails.
