The Koi Pond House

Take it easy at this great little getaway. Apartment is below street level in a gated property. Single level, easy access, dedicated parking space. Large bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom has a large shower & a full size washer/dryer. Small kitchen with full-sized refrigerator with ice maker and full-sized range. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, knives, utensils, cooking pots/pans, instant pot etc. Wifi & Smart TV. Views of Large koi pond w/food to feed the fish by hand if you like!

Park View Large Apartment Holm Stay Hosting

Very Spacious one bedroom second floor unit. Guest must be able to climb 14 stairs but so worth the climb to your tree top very bright cheerful apartment. Enjoy the amazing views of the park. Centrally located right on main Street of town. 50 in T.V for streaming, fireplace like electric heater, full kitchen, no sharing. Private bathroom. Full size bed, clean, fresh linens and 2 ceiling fans. All in vintage theme decor. kitchen has all the basics for putting together a fantastic meal.

*NOTE*: We disinfect all surfaces before and after new guests arrive. Studio suite with private entrance. Comfortable, light, clean and airy. Host on location in attached home. Breakfast nook with coffee, and tea. Neighborhood is quiet with shopping and dining not far away. Only one small step into the unit. Also on the property is another 2 bedroom Airbnb unit, Comice Valley Inn, in the event you have a larger party. This is a new listing, so please see some of my many 5-star reviews.

Welcome to the Rogue Valley. The Loft offers a comfortable stay while visiting family, friends or any of the many sites, activities and events found nearby. From Medford, picturesque Ashland, historic Jacksonville, noteworthy wineries, Crater Lake and the Rogue River are all just minutes away. A short walk takes you to a lovely park with tennis and pickle ball, a take-n-bake pizza shop, a friendly cafe and a grocery with deli and numerous tap beers.
