1 bedroom basement apartment with living room, kitchen, and full bathroom with washer/dryer combo. Guests enter into a common area via door at back of home (through gate on left side of driveway). Apartment is downstairs from common area (through door to the left immediately upon entry). Common area doubles as a night-time sleeping area for our dogs (kenneled). The dogs are often roaming the backyard. They’ll approach you & try to play, if you let them. All of the animals are very friendly.

I believe you will absolutely love this secluded but not lonely three bedroom two bath home. This a ranch style home. Everything is on the same level including washer and dryer. No stairs to tackle. it has a front and back patio. parking for 15 cars or more if needed. Sits on 7 acres. can do a little bit of fishing in the creek, relaxing in the hammock, or take care of business in the office whatever you need I'm sure I can accommodate this home is clean spacious and has that down home feel

Adorable house is just a short drive or walk from the best Kansas City destinations. 4 minute drive to downtown, 8 minute drive to plaza, and only 10 minute drive to Arrowhead and Royals Stadiums! Enjoy the large covered porch, fenced in back yard, and stylish surroundings. Bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other toiletries. Hidden up a long private driveway is a quiet place we call The Farmhouse. This completely remodeled home has a foundation that dates back to before the Civil War. In addition to being quiet and secluded, we are less than 10 minutes from shopping and many restaurants and less than 30 minutes from Downtown The Farmhouse is one of three available properties at Mike's Folly, a privately held working FFA farm. Pets allowed with fee.

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
