Our place is close to the Stadiums, KC Plaza, KC Zoo. Cozy chill atmosphere! There is a spacious den (finished basement area) w its own working kitchen and bathroom. Foldout couch is very comfy. Laundry as well! If preferring, also a guest room available with a queen bed upstairs too. We're lit and music lovers. You'll find a great many of both here. We love our KC. Blues, bbq, & sports! I believe you will absolutely love this secluded but not lonely three bedroom two bath home. This a ranch style home. Everything is on the same level including washer and dryer. No stairs to tackle. it has a front and back patio. parking for 15 cars or more if needed. Sits on 7 acres. can do a little bit of fishing in the creek, relaxing in the hammock, or take care of business in the office whatever you need I'm sure I can accommodate this home is clean spacious and has that down home feel

If you are wanting to be surrounded by Pinterest front yards and 2025 Honda Odysseys and EV’s you might want to look elsewhere! All that said we love our neighborhood and should you choose to stay here you will enjoy off-street parking just a few steps away from our space! We are 5 minutes from Downtown, the Plaza, and historic Westport.
