The 136 acre all-sports lake is surrounded by rolling, tree covered hills. The cottage is 10 minutes away from Chelsea, 20 minutes from Jackson, and 25 minutes from Ann Arbor. Waterloo cottage is newly remodeled with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Rents weekly Summer- Sat to Sat and Two Day Rentals in other Months.

There is a nice sandbar a short paddle from the house. *“Half” bedroom is a loft bed on second floor.

Come paddle boat, float, & play (toys included) on your own backyard lake, then relax by the campfire roasting marshmallows while watching the sunsets. A rowboat & paddle boat will be available. A short walk away is the 17-acre Vandercook Lake Park including a kayak livery, boat launch, and playground area. Market, gas station, & restaurants all within walking distance.

Year round the hot tub is ready for you to enjoy, summer, winter, spring & fall. If there’s a chill, how about a hot drink by the indoor gas fireplace or fire pit?
