Both bedrooms have a queen and a twin bed. Not far from UGA and downtown Athens. Within 10 minutes of several hospitals. Publix and Target less than 10 minutes away. Classic Center is only 6 miles away. No smoking in the unit or parties. Violation will result in a $500 fee.
