Erittäin hyvä sijainti aivan Ivalon keskustassa rauhallisella alueella. Huoneisto sijaitsee melko uudessa, hissillisessä (ainoa Ivalossa) pienessä kerrostalossa. Sopii myös liikuntarajoitteisille. Huoneistossa on lattialämmitys, jota voi säätää. Oma sauna ja iso lasitettu parveke ovat käytössäsi. Keittiöstä löytyvät tarvittavat välineet kokkailuun, ja myös astianpesukone. Pyykinpesukone ja silitysmahdollisuus ovat myös asunnossa saatavilla. Asunnossa on iso vaatehuone. Asuntoon ei oteta eläimiä.

Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.
