The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays, according to personal preference.

The cozy 23 sqm large studio has a large double bed, bathroom and small but fully equipped kitchen. All this is located in one room except the bathroom. The studio located approximately 400 meters from the old town is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wireless internet. In the outdoor area, the studio has at its disposal 1 parking space and its own terrace.

Recently renovated bungalow is located in a calm and tranquil village Ravni (cca 10 km from Labin and 15 km from Rabac). It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot).
