Bolara60 culinary guesthouse: triple room Jadrini

Bolara 60 is a traditional rural stone house (about 250 years old and now beautifully restored) near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The kuća is a guesthouse with 4 guest rooms; we offer dinners, occasional cooking classes and include a great breakfast. Next door is a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the truffle forest and Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Svaka od četiri spavaće sobe ima queen size krevet.odvojena tuš kabina i zaseban toalet. Bazen se može pristupiti izravno iz dnevnog boravka, a dodatni vrtni namještaj i roštilj se nalaze ispod hladne, zasjenjen balkon. Na raspolaganju su besplatni internet i parkiralište.

Kuhinja kompletno opremljena s staklokeramičkom pločom, mikrovalna, kuhalo za vodu i pribor za kuhanje i jelo. Ugodan kauč po potrebi na razvlačenje (140*200), klima uređaji. Kupaonica s tušem. Terasa se nalazi izvan apartmana zajedno sa ostalim. Drvo ima glavnu ulogu u ovom apartmanu, slike ga prave posebnim dok vi uživate u čitanju knjige!

Villa Borgo B&B Apartment

The apartment is a beautiful spacious space with a light airy bedroom, a completely functional kitchen and a spa bathroom. The bedroom has a view of the Mirna valley, a double bed, a sofa that can be made into an extra bed (upon request), a flat TV, a coffee table with two chairs and a big wardrobe. The kitchen if fully functional with all the appliances and dishes. Kitchen towels, dish detergent and sponges are included. The bathroom has a spa shower and a jacuzzi bath for two.

An apartment situated on the first floor, above the garden, 65 m2 big + balcony 18 m2 consisting of: Master bedroom with double bed,180 cm x 200 cm TV SAT, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dish-washer, coffee appliance) with a dining table, air condition, private bathroom with shower and bidet. Highlight: The apartment has a large private balcony 18 m2, on the south - western side of the house. Our guests usually have breakfast on this balcony with a wooden furniture set.

The apartments are cozy and bright, they are tastefully furnished and include a bathroom, a kitchen and bed-linen. Because all apartments include fully equipped kitchens, breakfast is not included in the room price. Guests can choose from 3 different "Studio" apartments depending on the desired number of beds. The traditional stone built house has a small but delightful landscaped garden incorporating a swimming pool (6m x 4m) and extensive covered and shaded terraces. With air conditioning and top quality furnishings this spacious holiday home offers the highest standard of comfort.
