Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Casa teO 🌞 Acicastello Acitrezza Catania Etna

Casa teo è uno spazio ampio ed arioso che si affaccia su un giardino soleggiato e ben attrezzato. Gode di una vista di mare a perdita d’occhio, direttamente sulla Riviera dei Ciclopi. L’arredamento è essenziale ed elegante, semplice ma funzionale, ogni particolare ben curato. L’appartamento , quasi interamente rivolto verso il mare, è una recente ristrutturazione di una casa del primi del 900 : -la zona pranzo/soggiorno dà direttamente sul giardino ed è attrezzata per ogni necessità -la camera da letto matrimoniale ha un bagno esclusivo -un ulteriore soggiorno dispone di due divani letto e di un altro bagno. Il parcheggio è privato, così come la discesa al lungomare Scardamiano di AciCastello, ricco di stabilimenti balneari forniti di ogni servizio. Si può raggiungere a piedi il centro di Acitrezza in pochi minuti.

Terrazza sul mare e vista Etna

TUTTO INCLUSO. NON AVRETE COSTI AGGIUNTIVI. Il monolocale si trova di fronte alla spiaggia, sul lungomare di Torre Archirafi , ha un'entrata indipendente, ed è circondato da due ampie terrazze, attrezzate con sdraio, ombrelloni, tavoli e circondate da vasi di fiori. Nelle grandi terrazze potrete leggere un libro della nostra piccola biblioteca o prendere il sole da marzo ad ottobre, godendo della vista del mare e dell'Etna. Se attraversate la strada, troverete una splendida spiaggia di sassi.

Immersa nel giardino di un complesso privato a pochi metri dal mare e dai suoi locali , con vista ETNA si trova CASA A MARINA. La casa completamente ristrutturata ha due spaziose camere da letto, un bagno, e un ampia zona giorno . Sea Paradise - il mare sotto la finestra

Live a unique experience in a former Coast Guard outpost. The sea will accompany you in your every day. The building is located in a protected, wild and uncrowded naturalistic area. It is accessed via a typical country road with ancient lava stone paving stones: I recommend a slightly higher car, like the Panda. At about 900m there is the village with local shops. The highway is 10 min. and you arrive in Taormina in 20 min.
