Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

This 7 bedroom, 5 bath home is full of character and charm! Come relax with your family, friends and pets by the lake. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and mountain views from the comfort of the 3 season room. Watch your children play in the large back yard while you BBQ and relax on the private back deck. Sit on the beach on those hot summer days or enjoy a calm morning with a coffee out on the dock. Spend the day kayaking, canoeing and paddle boating. WIFI is available and plenty of free parking.
