This modern and architecturally designed compact 42m2 home sits on the city fringe, great location, positioned for sun and totally private surrounded by gardens. The moment you enter the property you will feel like it is your own private hideaway. *Please note you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the house which is situated behind another house on the road. It is on the coastal sightseeing route with numerous beaches, excellent walks and sea life seen throughout the year. Approximately a 5 minute drive from the airport and Wellington city 15 minutes.
