Os presento mi coqueto apartamento-ático duplex en el centro de Sevilla, más concretamente en la Alameda de Hércules, zona de moda, con muchos restaurantes, cafeterías...mucha vida sevillana. A 10 minutos andando de la Catedral, la Giralda, la Torre del Oro, los Reales Alcázares y el imponente Río Guadalquivir. Terraza privada en la planta principal, terraza privada en la planta duplex y gran terraza solarium compartida con otros dos apartamentos en 3ª planta. ¡Muchísima luz y poco ruido!

El apartamento es amplio , muy funcional, con una moderna decoración, una gran luminosidad con balcones y vistas a la calle. Terraza arriba del apartamento. Completamente equipado de todo tipo enseres necesarios para que te sientas como en tu casa. Muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Sevilla (está en la misma calle Feria). Junto a la Alameda de Hércules y el río Guadalquivir, la zona dispone de todo tipo de comercio, bares, restaurantes, parada de autobús, taxi y demás servicios.

El apartamento está en el Arenal de Sevilla, localización excelente. A escasos minutos andando de la Catedral y el Alcázar, y muy cerca de restaurantes. Como no vivo en Sevilla, Maria se encargará del check in. Explicará y resolverá todas las dudas. Debido a la normativa, os pedirá información para identificaros. Normalmente el check in es desde las 3 pm y el check out hasta las 11 am, pero intento ser flexibles.
