Wonderful location for a getaway. Great host and location.

The house was perfect for our girlfriend weekend. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of very comfortable beds, very well appointed kitchen, even first aid supplies in the main floor bathroom. We loved the back yard and the deck, played some croquet and had a nice fire one night. The basement game room was fun! Plenty to do at the house but we did venture out to a great brewery and a restaurant close by. I am excited to be able to go back in a month with our kids and grand kids. Looking forward to going to the beach with them, love that it is co close! Highly recommend this property

The place was great. The area was quiet and it was a good place to just relax. The you tub was a nice bonus.

It was well equipped and great place for the places we had to go to while there in MN.

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of bedrooms for our large group. Kitchen had coffee and some basics available (spices, salt, pepper). Beds were comfortable! Hot tub was awesome. Really liked that there were lots of hang out spaces/multiple living rooms that could accommodate our big crew. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Michael and Jamie have added many little touches that makes you feel welcome and right at home in the space. They were always friendly and responsive when we had questions. The home was easy to find and fit the description. We would definitely choose to stay there again!

Staying in this stylish lake home was such a pleasure. We enjoyed its elegant modern furnishings and finishes. It offers beautiful interior and outdoor spaces with sweeping views. We spent a lot of time on the roomy deck (note: no railings) and enjoying the handsome landscaping. The natural environment is pristine and beautiful. We stayed fourteen days and cooked all meals but two in the very well-equipped kitchen. The downstairs bed where we slept was very comfortable. There's a fair amount of boat traffic as this relatively narrow part of Cross Lake contains a reef mid-channel, making it an excellent fishing spot. The Lakehaus is also convenient to small and friendly downtown Pine City which we enjoyed exploring. So we loved our vacation here and will gladly return again! Thank you to Silver, Anne and all who made it possible.

Terra's home was nothing less than perfect. Very clean, roomy, homey. Beat our groups expectations. She was very informative on all of the extra things around the house/property etc. Will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you again!

This is the third time we've stayed at one of Doug's properties, and as usual, it does not disappoint. We love coming to a peaceful, comfortable, and well-stocked (but not cluttered!) space that welcomes you from the moment you walk in. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, walks to the river, and the great hikes just a short drive away. We spent hours listening to music on the sound system and cooking good food in a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Doug is an extremely thoughtful host, and we appreciated his quick responsiveness and flexibility with our check-in and check-out times. Though this was not a deterrent to our stay, one thing I thought worth mentioning for other travelers with dogs: springtime is definitely tick season in the river valley!

We really had a great weekend getaway at this cabin! Being nestled right up along the Snake River was an absolute treat. The house was cozy, comfy, and the screened in porch with a small propane fire ring was a huge plus. There are lots of trails, parks, and wildlife areas nearby that were really fun exploring the day we set out to do some hiking. Overall we had an amazing and relaxing experience at this cabin!

Definitely recommend if you want to be close to everything but be in seclusion all at the same time. And when they said they have a kitchen ready for you, they really mean it. Great communication and hospitality.

If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place this is the spot for you! Nestled right next to a river with nothing but trees on the other side! Upon our arrival we were happy to see the place was just as it was pictured. The decorations were cute and cozy and the view out the front windows were beautiful and tranquil. Everything was very clean and neat. We were pleasantly surprised by the extra amenities of coffee, creamers, and snacks! Robert was very responsive to any questions we had and was accommodating when we requested a later check out time. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again in the future.
