Mojito Hill - private hilltop pool oasis!

Beautiful 1-bedroom ocean view villa with private pool. Relax on the private pool deck with brand new patio furniture featuring chaise lounges, table seating for 4, and a gas grill. Sweet dreams await you in the four-poster king sized master suite, complete with french doors that open to the pool deck and allow for the ocean breezes to keep you cool. The shower is a fully stocked oversized marble shower with room for two. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances, including a Keurig latte machine, will make you feel right at home. Mojito Hill includes many conveniences such as a smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and much more. Extra guests are no problem, as the couch features a pull-out bed. Villa Madeleine is a gated community on St. Croix’s relaxing East End, where you will enjoy the privacy, amazing views, tennis court, and close proximity to the Reef Golf Course, Duggan’s Reef restaurant, Divi Casino and Resort, Grapetree beach to the south and Reef Beach to the north. All these amenities are within walking distance, but do require traversing a steep hill, so driving is typically preferred. We have an on-island manager, and Tom & Hillery are available at any time via email/text/phone if needed. If you don't see the dates you are looking for, please message us, we also have a Splash of Lime in the same complex that has a spectacular northern facing view.

A WATERFRONT home with spectacular views of the sea and mountains. This peaceful villa offers you the comforts of home. Get lost on the spacious veranda as you gaze out over the horizon while listening to the waves crash below. The upper level has three bedrooms each with bathroom and the apartment below is also available as an 'add-on' to the villa if needed (not rented separately) and becomes included 'complimentary' for groups of 7 or larger. The Welcome Sea View House is located minutes from Pharmacy, SeaSide Gourmet Deli and Supermarket as well. Hotel on the Cay for swimming and relaxation! There is also Sharkey’s Restaurant for eating, music, and playing Pool! There’s also a Laundromat minutes away, a Tennis Court, and a playground! The Boardwalk for music, dining, and entertainment are located minutes away for your convenience! We located minutes away from The QE IV Ferry and the seaplane are min away. HAVE SOLAR PANELS.👍🏻

Charming 1 Bedroom: Bougainvillea Suite

The "Bougainvillea Suite" has been designed with the executive leisure traveler in mind. It is large, spacious, and has every amenity you can think of (Private Laundry Facility, Wifi, quite Eco-Friendly Spilt A/C units in all rooms, an executive desk, fully stationed gourmet kitchen, and a large walk-in stone bathroom). It is perched on top of our courtyard and boasts over 1500 sq feet of space with large bay windows from floor to ceiling in the living room and kitchen spaces.

Waterfront Cottage, St. Croix US VI

"30 Steps to Paradise" Sweet and cool 1-bedroom cottage with large porch attached to a family home, with complete privacy. Hear the sound of the waves and walk to several beaches. Located near Jack's Bay on the south east tip of the island. The cottage has ceiling fans, no air-conditioning. The pool is available for guests. The other name for the cottage is "30 steps to Paradise" because it has 30 steps from the road to the entrance of the cottage.

St. Croix Ocean Vista Honeymoon Cottage - Beach

1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Featured on HGTV's House Hunters International. 50 steps to the beach. Incredible sun and moon rises over the water. The cottage has battery backup so you will not be bothered by the numerous island power outages. The neighborhood borders the National Park near Salt River Bay. This is a non-smoking property.
