Cozy electric fireplace and a kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. Pool, spa, sauna, guest laundry, exercise room and a spacious common area in the building. BBQ located on the shared patio. National parks and state parks within short a distance.

This townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and patio, is at the gateway to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head, and more. Our townhouse is the perfect place to stay with your family or a group when visiting any of these incredible outdoor vistas. It is within a five minute drive of Historic Main Street, SUU's campus, and the theaters for the Shakespeare Festival.

Ski in/out

Enjoy Mother Nature. Hike, mountain bike, utv, snowmobile, ski and ice skate while enjoying the comforts of home. Enjoy nearby state/national parks. Park your vehicle in the covered parking area just below the condo and it’s only one flight of stairs up to your relaxing vacation. Literally park it and forget it. Additional $25 cleaning for holiday check outs. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, july 4th.

Large condo w/2 bedrooms both with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, one w/a shower/tub combo and the other a shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Located across from the Lyons park and in walking distance to city pool and fairgrounds. (Iron County Fair). I love the fact that the fireworks go off in my front yard and I can walk to all the parades..
