Clean & cozy little apt in Erbil

Cozy little apt in Erbil, on M150 road takes you anywhere in the city, easy for airport & highway. full house has all you need including cutlery. hot water, A/C, wifi & constant electricity. Apartment is in a gated compound & you needs to contact me for access by the security. Compound has Market & Gym. it has a nice garden for relaxing. There is one double bed and a sofa bed suitable for 2 or 3 people. if you really need the unavailable dated plz contact. only families or business travellers.

160 m2, finished in Nov 2017. The interior has been added brand new, in August 2018.. It is perfect for long-term stays. It is perfectly located above a supermarket, on Erbil's access road to: Citadel (15 min); Erbil International Airport (8 min); Masif (10 min); Shaqlawa (20 min); Aqra under (45 min); Dohuk (1.45 h). Less than 3 min are: Sportscenter/Fitness Tarin; Khanzad hotel; International School of Choueifat; American Village; Erbil Horse Race Track; Embassies & many TV stations.
