Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Only 10min away by the shore you can access restaurants and beach bars at Megas Lakkos beach. The villa offers two (2) 55m2 apartments on the ground floor and a 110m2 family apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has it's own private entrance and a parking spot.
