The Merc A-Historic Yet Modern Quiet Cozy Home

Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. We are 1:15 from the West Yellowstone west entrance and Jackson Hole Wyoming. We are also 45 minutes from Teton Teton National Park. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

We are close to the Mountain American Center in Idaho Falls, Fort Hall Casino, & a great destination stop traveling to & from National Parks; Yellowstone, Grand Teton, & Craters of the Moon. Other attractions; Skiing, Lakes, Mountain Trails, Bear World, & 2 Zoo’s. Located in a quite & safe neighborhood you’ll get to experience our little homestead. This cozy little home is located in Idaho Falls, close to shopping and entertainment, as well as both Idaho Falls Hospitals for traveling medical professionals. Extremely family friendly, with a playroom and a large fenced in back yard. Conveniently located for trips to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Island Park. As well as close to ski resorts; Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole, and Grand Targhee. Disclosure: Due to a medical condition I am unable to host any animals.

Country Cottage, farm fresh eggs, 10min to airport

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.

Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the neighborhood lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
