Nytt (2020) stort hus sentralt i Langevåg. Huset ligger på brygge helt i sjøkanten. Du bor i gangavstand til hurtigbåtkai og det tar kun 10 min. til du er i Ålesund sentrum. Kort veg til Langevåg sentrum der du bla. finner Devoldfabrikken med outletbutikker, kafe, og kunshåndverkere. Der er el-bil lading. Nærhet til idrettsanlegg, friluftspark og turløype. Og du har Sulafjellet ikke langt unna med opparbeidet fjellsti og mange ulike turmål. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for dagsturer i hele regionen.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Vår flotte hytte ved sjøen, ligger kun en kort kjøretur unna vakre Ålesund. Området tilbyr en blanding av naturopplevelser, kultur og historie- noe som gjør det til et fantastisk reisemål! Her finnes alle bekvemmeligheter man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Her kan du nyte soloppgangen som speiler seg i sjøen om morgenen og på kvelden kan du se på stjernene mens du slapper av i jacuzzien. Pets are not allowed.

Big terrace/outside area and free parking for 1 car. It is close to bus stop, petrol station, pharmacy and supermarket. The flat is on the 1st floor. There is room for 7 people. You rent the whole apartment. You don't share anything with me or anyone else :)
