We had the apartment with private pool and we enjoyed it a lot! It really is privat, but if you need anything the staff is always there to help you out though! Communication is perfect and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything important is very close to you if you need a good restaurant, laundry or if you want to go to the beach, especially if you get a scooter. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Este es uno de esos lugares mágicos que cuando llegas pensas es exactamente lo que precisaba” tranquilo,original, cerca de restaurantes, y a unos minutos de la playa en scooter, que las rentan en la esquina muy económicas) La cama muy confortable… cocina equipada y cómoda, amplio jardín con privacidad. What a dream! This was one of the best AirBnB we ever stayed in. What a tranquil and peaceful place. Spacious, beautiful architecture and comfy beds. The area is so peaceful and quiet. Wake up with the sounds of the birds. Plan yoga or meditation sessions right in your villa.

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a pleasant view over the garden and the greenery beyond it. Made was kind enough to take me on some spectacular walks along the rice fields at sunrise. These will be very memorable experiences to take from there. Made ( and his doggos) were super friendly and helpful throughout my month-long stay. I recommend the location for more of an authentic Bali experience than staying close to the more touristy places in Ubud. Thanks, Made and family, for your kind hospitality.

Grinsen mit Katze!!! Man läuft über die kleine Brücke, die über den Pool geht, ein kleiner Gang zwischen blühenden Pflanzen und schon ist man im Wunderland! Super privat und genau das habe ich in dem Moment gebraucht. Wunderschönes traditionelles Haus mit vielen Ventilatoren und Durchzug für alle, die wie ich lieber in der Natur leben, statt in geschlossenen Räumen mit AC. Ich habe mich pudelwohl gefühlt! Ein Bett, das seines Gleichen sucht. Immer Strom und Internet, für alle die arbeiten müssen und da kein Risiko eingehen möchten. Auf Grund Regenzeit und Sturm war sehr oft Stromausfall. Und dann Lucy, die wahrscheinlich weichste, liebste, verschmuste und lustige Katze! Ich habe es geliebt <3 Check in mit Julies Bruder super unkompliziert. Die Jungs, die dort arbeiten immer sehr zurückhaltend und super lieb! Kommunikation mit Julie 1a und und zudem sehr flexibel bzgl. Check out. Vielen, lieben Dank für dieses schöne zu Hause, dass sich auch wirklich so anfühlt! Magische Energie! Miau!

My stay at Suci Cottages was wonderful. You are living on a family compound. They even helped me out with recommendations a week before I checked in. The communication was quick and easy and I was greeted very warmly. The neighbour I passed on the way even came to make sure I arrived safely. There is a nice pool downstairs which I could use, great in the heat and you are surrounded by the jungle and its inhabitants. The sunrise is worth getting up for! There is a little kitchen with coffee and water is provided. The hosts were always up for a nice chat and to offer recommendations. The location is close to Monkey Forest and many shops and restaurants, about a 25 minute walk from Ubud Palace. WiFi worked really well, I managed to work from there also. Keep in mind, you are in the jungle, ants and other critters live right there with you but they leave you alone (except the mosquitoes ;) ).

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Bali villa. The location is incredibly peaceful, offering breathtaking views of the sea – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were truly outstanding: super friendly, always helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. We opted to dine in the villa several times and the meals were excellent. We also enjoyed in-house massages, which were fantastic quality and offered at great prices. The service overall was top-notch. One thing potential guests should be aware of (though it wasn't a negative) is the villa's close proximity to nature. There are quite a few animals and insects around the property, and you will definitely encounter numerous geckos inside the villa as well. If you have a fear of insects or geckos, this is something important to consider. The access road is quite steep, which might be challenging for some taxi. I suggest asking to the property the contact of Wayan, who is super and will guide you to many great spot!

Beautiful historical local house with your own little downstairs space surrounded by plants, an enormous green area with a pool, and a garden that is tended to daily, which my cat explored all day long. There is quite a bit of noise when you go to bed since you're next to the road but it doesn't matter in the slightest, the place is so cozy you go to sleep in seconds. Putu welcomed me with open arms and may have been the nicest service I have ever received traveling without any exaggeration. 10/10

Die Damen am Empfang waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sowohl bei der Organisation von der Mantaschnorcheltour als auch bei der Taxifahrt zum Schnellboot geholfen. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wat een idyllisch plekje! Het ziet er werkelijk prachtig uit, tuin wordt goed onderhouden, het eten is heerlijk en alles is schoon. Zeker de moeite waard!

Putu is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij bezorgde ons een scooter voor een leuke prijs en hij bracht ons naar ons volgende logeeradres. Hij vertelde onderweg van alles over het land en de gebruiken. Het was heel gezellig !! Het huisje aan zee met terras is fijn. Airco zat op de goede plaats. Er kwam lekker warm water uit de douche en het bed was goed.

Great value for money. Not fancy but has all the basics. Helpful communication before we arrived, friendly staff, awesome food (we had breakfast included, then paid for lunch & dinner, they were flexible on timing). Motorbikes with board racks available for rent. Pondok Oma is in a quiet rural area on the edge of a bay. It’s between Dylan’s surf break (about 3 mins drive), and lots of other South coast breaks. Wiwi arranged surf board transport from Medan via driver & ferry, which was cheaper than flying it and useful for storage while doing other things. Would be much cheaper than flying if you have more than 1 board (domestic flight pay per board). Allow 2 days for delivery.
