Miners Cottage

For that romantic escape or a family holiday our three beautiful, pet friendly cottages are tucked away on 14 acres in the rolling hills and gentle slopes of the Wooragee Valley. Nestled between the historic towns of Yackandandah and Beechworth, with the rail trail at our doorstep, and an easy drive to the Victorian snowfields, Colby Cottages is ideally located to make the most of the local wineries, picturesque hikes and many outdoor pursuits - giving you privacy and comfort in a rural setting

Set up above the picturesque Beechworth gorge in garden surrounds, lies the beautiful Maple Cottage. Whether it's the open fireplace, the Swiss cedarwood design or the vistas from the 2nd level you're sure to love your stay in your own private cottage. Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.
