The Sprucey Roost

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Marrowstone Cottage - Amazing Scow Bay View

Marrowstone Cottage is a private, fully equipped retreat with its own driveway and a spacious porch overlooking peaceful island scenery. Enjoy nearby hiking, kayaking, beachcombing, biking, and wildlife watching, with eagles, otters, and seals often seen nearby. When you’re ready for town life, historic Port Townsend is just a 25-minute drive away, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment.
