It’s the perfect home base for exploring Vancouver while enjoying the peace and serenity of North Vancouver. Spend your days hiking nearby trails, kayaking in the cove, or strolling through the charming village before returning to a quiet retreat. This suite offers the best of both nature and city access.

Welcome to Lockehaven Living, our recently renovated suite is located on a quiet family friendly street, a short walk to all the quaint amenities of Deep Cove. This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. The ski hills, golf courses and downtown Vancouver are all a short drive away. Or you may just want to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the books we have provided.

Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

Via Hwy 99, 7 min to Horseshoe Bay Ferry, 25 min to Cypress Mt, Grouse Mt & Capilano Suspension Bridge, 35 min to downtown. Many hiking trails, Whyte Lake and Eagle Harbour Beach nearby.

This gorgeous home is surrounded by nature, and yet it’s only a 5 min drive to the beach, restaurants and other local amenities. We are ideally situated for your winter ski trip, as we are a quick 20 min drive to Cypress Mountain and 90 min drive to Whistler. You won’t find it difficult to unwind while looking into nature from the enormous windows, large patio or the upper balcony.
