We live on the grd floor of the villa in assagao with our family which includes our dogs,Guests on the 1st flr in a 2 bhk apt with a separate entrance . Chk living room pics to ctc directly. You will see my pic with a signboard. - a private pool from 10 am upto 10 pm for 2 apartments but used by 1 apt guests at a time - AC in bedrooms only - Free Wifi/ parking - inverter 3 hrs except acs - induction - cleaning alternate day.Linen change charged - clothes wash xtra - 2 bathrooms ( not ensuite)

The Eagle’s Nest at Firs Estate

You can have the whole valley and the mountains view from this place. If you are looking for a solitary place, away from all the noise of the city, this is it. It has a fully furnished kitchen Electric kettle, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, chimney, RO water purifier. Cottage has two rooms, one bedroom Space with king size bed and one living room with sofa cum bed providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. Eagles nest has come up with a Brand new washroom with all amenities.

Things to note: It is a concept place so, some may find it overcrowded with tools and sculptures. The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Parking is off site on main road. Can be 1 or 2min walk. No visitors allowed due to Covid.
