The rent depends on the number of guests, children and pets. A one-bedroom guest house with kitchenette that can accommodate three adults and other guest rooms in the same complex are available upon request on the first floor of an adjacent building. Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.
