Le Riad bénéficie d'une connexion WIFI haut débit ( Fibre Optique 100 Mbps) et d’un système de climatisation autoreverse. En été, la maison est fraiche grâce aux matériaux naturels et écologiques de ses finitions. La maison est spacieuse avec une hygiène irréprochable. Le quartier est calme et très sécurisé par des gardiens de nuit qui veillent sur les maisons, les voitures et les commerces. Le Riad est situé à quelque minutes à pied du Grand Souk et à 8 mn en voiture de la plage.
